Unfortunately, Our partnership Returns transit agency is closed due to the severe international situation, the limited flights, and the rapid increasing costs. With immediate effect and until further notice, the return and exchange service will be temporarily adjusted as follows:

1. The returns warehouses in the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Canada, Australia, and Japan are closed at 17:00 May 10, 2022, GMT+8, and these address will no longer receive packages.

2. For the return packages which were already picked up by the returns warehouses, we will process your refund and exchange as usual. The processing time may be longer due to enhance safety protocols stemming from the ongoing pandemic in selected areas in china. For the return packages which are still in transit, our returns warehouse will try to reject the package.

3. The new returns address is adjusted to our china warehouse
