About Shipping

  • Carriers 

All of our products will be shipped out directly from our China-based studio via S.F Express, China Post / DHL Express, TNT Express, UPS Express and FedEx Express. 

Which carrier to choose would be decided based on the optimal delivery time for the shipping destination.

  • Delivery Time 

Express Courier (DHL Express, TNT Express, UPS Express, FedEx Express) : 7- 10 working days

Economy Shipping (CHINA Post, Self Pick-up Service) : 15-21 working days

(Delivery time above is estimated based on the experiences, rather than a certain promise, and may be delayed or brought forward.

  • Import Tax Charge

Import tax may be incurred per the legislation of the destination country, the value of which is determined by the custom.

Please note: Paying the custom charge is the liability of the customers. 

(* We'd like to make tax paying easier in the favour of clients, details on how-to are welcome to discuss.) 

If a package is returned due to refusal to pay off the tax, refunds will be detained by Labour Union Clothing.

Order-processing 

  • Time and Steps

Orders are usually dispatched within  3 to 5 business of payment of the order (weekends excluded).

👉 Confirmation of dispatch of the parcel. (Almost there! ; ) )

👉 Tracking information of the parcel.  (🛫️ Take-off! )

During sale periods and peak volumes during the holidays, delays may be incurred between each of the steps above.

  • Request of order adjustments

Order adjustments would be processed within 24 hours receiving the orders for no cost. Please do contact us if deciding to make change on the orders. 

 

About Return 

  • Acceptable time frame.

Return is acceptable within the 30 Days time frame as of the parcel being signed for. 

(Note: The final sale items and End of Line Offer items are non-returnable.)

  • Conditions for an acceptable return. 

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.

  • Steps to return & Costs 
  1. Contact us ( Email / Chat) in order to give us a head-up before returning an eligible item you ordered. (Email: labourunion1986@gmail.com)
  2. Send out the parcel to the designated address (listed below) & please send us an message with the tracking number of your return items and please kindly indicate the item you have returned.
  3. Refund & Exchange will be processed upon approval of your return. This process, from receiving the returned product to checking it into our warehouse, may take 3 to 5 days.

The return shipping fee to the designated returning address is subject to the customers for subjective reasons( Unfit sizes or unsatisfactory with the style)
